I recently restarted selling GG hat replicas on Snapchat to make some cash and reinvest in e-commerce. I noticed several accounts (like the ones I'll share below) openly advertising counterfeit products on Snapchat without getting banned or having their ads rejected.
I decided to try it myself, but my ads get rejected every single time. I've tried blurring the logo, removing copyrighted songs, using static ads, etc., but nothing works. Despite optimizing the entire backend of my business (supplier, transport, etc.), the biggest and only problem I face now is customer acquisition on Snapchat.
How are others not getting banned? I even see dating apps and gambling sites being advertised without any issues.
