I recently restarted selling GG hat replicas on Snapchat to make some cash and reinvest in e-commerce. I noticed several accounts (like the ones I'll share below) openly advertising counterfeit products on Snapchat without getting banned or having their ads rejected.

I decided to try it myself, but my ads get rejected every single time. I've tried blurring the logo, removing copyrighted songs, using static ads, etc., but nothing works. Despite optimizing the entire backend of my business (supplier, transport, etc.), the biggest and only problem I face now is customer acquisition on Snapchat.

How are others not getting banned? I even see dating apps and gambling sites being advertised without any issues.

Can be possible for the big dating and gambling sites, I still see too much people bypassing snapchat, even people who I know for sure have 0 knowledge in digital marketing at all. Am 100% sure they don't even know it exists.

The only way to make your ads account get approved in Snapchat is by using cloaking to run the ads. Especially when you are selling restricted niche.

From what I’ve observed, accounts that succeed often leverage cloaking techniques or run very generic ads that redirect to the actual product page outside of Snapchat. Others use pre-warmed or aged accounts with high ad spend history to avoid immediate scrutiny.

You might also want to experiment with less direct keywords in your ad copy and target broader audiences before narrowing down. If you’re seeing others succeed, reverse-engineering their approach might help.
