Today I bought an expired domain, to start affiliate marketing.
There was forum in first place, now there are already 100s of pages indexed.
I want to remove those all pages but also don't want to go in blackout phase where google doesn't index my new post's.

What should I do ?

If you mean Google has still got the old pages of the old website indexed and hundreds of them you could 301 the not found pages to the homepage?

You can manually remove the pages within Google Webmaster Tools. But +100 is too much. So just wait.

Yes Just register your website to Google webmaster tool and remove indexed pages/directory. And if you still have those pages on website and dont want them to index again just put a noindex code in the meta. That will prevent google to index those unwanted pages. Dont worry your other pages of website will be indexing.

Why not keep the forum for the free content, but move it in an inner folder? It'll make your site look more legit and Google will let you get away with more than it would for a one page site.

Hi,
To completely remove an entire page from Google search results: On the Webmaster Tools home page, click the site you want. On the Dashboard, click Google Index on the left-hand menu. Click Remove URLs. Click New removal request
