Remove Google+ reviews

Hi all,

Could someone tell me some tips how to remove a google+ review? Someone posted a bad review which we want to remove. I know that there is a button "flag review" where you can submit a report. We tried this a few times but nothing happened.

I know that there are some businesses that you can pay for removing this kind of reviews. Maybe you know their tricks?
