Reliable SMM Panels that offer PayPal option?

Needing a reliable SMM panel that provides YouTube Views and different services for a reasonable price.
Im trying to find a provider who is selling Youtube views (30 sec retention at least) for $1.20 per 1k views.

I know smmlite takes PayPal But I hear sketchy things and actually think someone made a thread on here about getting scammed by them

I personally use Instantpanel but the view services for YouTube are ridiculous $2.00 per 1k YouTube views that are (10-30 sec retention) I refuse to keep buying that bull crap......tbh


I know people say Jap offers PayPal and I know they have decent prices but they do not offer paypal and offer all these foreign ways to pay that my bank would not allow (I live in USA)

So please if anyone knows of any services please let me know!
Its hard buying these services if you live in the USA because most of these payment sources they use are foreign or something my bank sees as Fraud.

"something my bank sees as Fraud" wow thats bad... you can on some SMM pay with crypto which you can buy with CC and coinbase is legit site so i dont think your bank will see it as fraud. You will propably lost sometin on fees.
