Hi all,

I asked the question here for personal opinion for host provider as I am facing so much problems with my current one but the thread got closed down with a link to the marketplace.

http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo/665693-reliable-host-provider.html

If you have a look at the marketplace there are tonnes of services and host providers that people are having major issues with and so far finding it difficult to find one that people are happy with.

That's the reason why I was asking if any one can recommend one that they personally have used that have been reliable. I still can't find one from the marketplace that people are happy with.

What I need is one that has good uptimes, unlimited websites.

Just moved all my sites over to Hostwinds.
No problems so far.

Read the opening post on his BST for coupon but still cheap at only $5.50 (IIRC) per month for the Ultimate plan.

Honestly there is no such thing as a reliable shared host anymore.

My advice - go with the largest. The small ones tend to come and go. Hostgator, Godaddy and bluehost are going to be around for some time i would think.

vps.net isn't too bad either. I've had good experiences there.

good luck.

I use hostgator. There have been a couple of brief down-times, but overall I am happy with their service.

If I was going to change I would probably go to Hostwinds. I have read some good things about them lately, and I'm pretty sure they have a representative on this forum, so you will probably hear from them soon.

I used mediatemple.net and server4you.com , they are very professional, and quality services.

Sure there is. I've been with Servinio since 2012 and I'm totally satisfied with them.

Hostgator? Really? Last time they were down for more than a day. The largest isn't always the best.

I agree, Especially this one "Largest isn't always the best " :) But other than largest hosting company will get you several issues from my experience.. So i always stick with hostgator!

try with us if you satisfied then pay later http://www.hostmela.com[/URL]

an important note to mention if you didn't read the other thread, I need one that allows fake niche sites. The first host I was with for 2 years and never had a problem. They decided they didn't want me anymore and ever since I have tried about 3 different hosts with constant issues.

From all those mentioned above, any allow fake niche site?

Last night I thought I would give these guys a try http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ee-30-day-trial-free-domain-24-7-support.html

Initially they were helpful, after setting a test account up and asked a simple question about, when adding additional domains how are they set up in their panel as I was getting error message, so I know everything is working before getting my domains to point at their nameservers.

Apparently this was too complex of a question they could not understand, kept referring that DNS needs to propogate "even though I explained I have not changed my domain nameservers yet because I need to check the domain folders are set up correctly on their hosting package" anyway they kept referring me to cpanel docs saying they don't provide tutorials, even though on the main page it says they provide support for anything related to services you buy with them. Apparantly cPanel is not and In the end they ended the chat rudely.

I don't mind paying extra but is there no such thing as a reliable decent host?

irdeto,

I hear what you are saying about the LARGE hosting companies, however, the examples you used are pretty bad.

Hostgator and BlueHost are owned by EIG and everyone knows how EIG cuts corners to increase their bottom line. This year my HG account has been down at least twice. That never happened before the EIG buy out.

Godaddy uses their own PROPRIETARY Control Panel that is cumbersome and burdensome and is not made for IMers on the go.

That said, StableHost is good.

Do you personally use StableHost? Do they allow fake niche websites?

Ah still can't find one good review, they all seem to end or currently bad. Tried StableHost and they do not allow fake niches. Nobody on the entire BHW can recommend one that they have used for fake niches and game hacks?

Pricing is no issue, just need something reliable with "unlimited domains, allows fake niches or game hacks, getting around 8K-10K UV a day, will end up being more.

Still can't find a decent one anywhere?? Shocking.

I'd recommend ASO, reliable service with good price. If you are technical advanced, get a VPS at DO as low as 5 per month.
