regulating services for sale

Hey guys, I ve been hiring a lot of people from the services section of the site, I havent had the best luck as far quality control and accurate reprisentation of services, I think we should do something more like what ebay does a feedback system or somewhat of quality control on services, I think we can really expand on that and keep a tight lid perhaps a system of checks and balances and more of a professional image on services being offered, wanted to know your take on this or any idea on how maybe we can kind of control good quality service thats for sale or hire on the site.
