Regarding Email List and Marketing

Hi, I got two queries on these:

1) I have some targeted niche email list from before and all verified. Now, I want to market products to those people but AWeber does NOT allow pre opted-in emails. So, how do I send emails to those people?

2) I'm using Unbounce landing page integrated with AWeber and I set the form on the landing page to collect email and after clicking the button they would be redirected to the product page. Despite turning double opt-in OFF from "List Settings" in AWeber, I still get the email to confirm. I tested this myself to check if everything is working or not.
So, I emailed AWeber support and they said they will allow complete double opt-in disabled after they I see I build a good list with AWeber. So, any email marketing platform that will let me turn off double opt-in completely?

Use a service like sendgrid.

I would have the data cleaned of threats before sending. Assuming you have had it all validated and that's all you did.
