Refreshing my way after a long time whats your take?

I recently run a gaming reviews site and youtube channel but I didn't make it that much so I gave up.
Here I am now with new Ideas but do you think youtube will demonetize me if I am streaming gaming videos and reviewing gaming related content? all the content will be recorded of course but am thinking if it's worth it; I have already created a fresh channel thinking of starting from the grassroots because I don't want to use my other channel. whats your advice to keep my gaming videos away from YouTube wraths?
