I removed spammy backlink through Google disavow tools. But after months, the spam score on Moz still not change. How to reduce spam score on Moz?

dont mind it, i have 80% spam score on domain with wiki links and hundreds ofhealthy links, because one link comes from freenom, lulz

NO, moz is unrelated to google and they cant tell if domain is spammed

If spam score is about 10% then how many quality backlink to fix this issue?

You can reduce it with just 1 authority links from the domain those who have good metrics with enough followers to get traffics. It may cost you around $50 to $150 per post.
