Redirect after cpa offer?

Anyone know about this kind of redirection?

I've heard godcpa can do this, but is there any way to basically have your traffic fill out an offer, then redirect them elsewhere after they finish?

i don't think its possible ..cause, how godpca would now that user successfuly filled offer?

I saw someone who said they have their traffic fill out one offer then it sends them directly to another one. I am not sure how this is done but I wondering the same thing.
