I know some rappers from South FL back in 2016 used Reddit to promote music.
I remember one of my boys telling me he had a Reddit up voter. He would write tons of reviews and different articles about himself and then just upvote his articles. He told me that he would roast himself and talk smack about his own music just to get a discussion going between people. He would get his reviews and articles on the front page of reddit because he had the tool to do so.
Is this still a method of advertising? People on reddit seem to review alot of music still in 2020.
Does anyone know where to get a reddit upvoter?
