I'm not gonna bother with Reddit again, at least for awhile. Not worth it with all of these apparent added measures.I would love to buy your course about reddit too
But try to solve that problem for us first
A lot of effort that went into those comments.Lol dude, who gives a shit about banned reddot account? 500$ per account? Hire VAs to do what u do all day long, i mean white knights on internet will allways report and ban you, they cant report me as much as i can make new accs 24/7
I get you what you are saying, but there are still highly educated individuals from third world countries who would do the job as good as you do, you just need to invest time finding them. I really did outsource a lot of my work to workers and I just manage the whole setup. So you should definitely test with hiring some laborA lot of effort that went into those comments.
What you're suggesting sounds easy in theory... but how many VA's do you know that have perfect English, unparalleled copywriting skills, the ability to identify and rewrite relevant content eloquently, strategically start conversations that you know will lead to the perfect opportunity to mention your product, etc... And throw in constantly trying to evade Reddit bans on top of all of that.
Just wouldn't work out. Anybody who can do all of that isn't going to be VA in the first place - these are real life skills you transfer over to the internet and you either have them or you don't. I know I probably sound like a prick right now but you asked. This was supposed to be an hour per day max type of thing to generate a few k on the side. I wouldn't get a VA involved for this - there are far too many layers.
Ok, Thank you... who asked you![]()
Yeah, it's become hard, months ago, I was making about $100 a day doing almost same thing, I stopped doing it because reddit ban my aged and high karma accounts within 1 hour.I swear, these neckbeard Reddit mods never fail to piss me off.
I made a fresh account intending to promote a particular Clickbank product… Joined a relevant subreddit and start providing value commenting on hot posts WITHOUT EVEN ADDING ANY LINKS…
Every comment I was making was quickly becoming top comment. 30 comments in and I already had made 3 conversions, netting me ~$500 for about 2 hours worth of work. Not too shabby, could have easily scaled this up.
The secret sauce was this…
On my Reddit profile, I linked a blogger.com post… They allow you to add custom URL’s to your profile, and I took advantage of that. The article contained very valuable content, was hand-written, and ultimately contained my aff link (in the form of a 301 redirect). The purpose of this article was to pre-sell the product and build rapport (shoutout to @BassTrackerBoats for giving me advice on this).
Within 5 hours I was fucking banned. Not just from the subreddit I was promoting in, but from Reddit entirely.
I’m sitting here scratching my head, not even worried about the money, but just thinking that these pricks must have literally clicked my profile, gone to my blog, and determined that I was affiliated with the product I was promoting in my blog.
Reddit used to be a goldmine for me not even that long ago.
Just goes to show that as internet marketers, we need to be constantly evolving and outsmart those that have the power to hinder our success.
What could I have done differently here?

Sure, I could keep creating new accounts.if you already know how to make good money with reddit what's the problem?
what I can think of that you can do is:
create a few paragraphs of text about your product, edit them with spintax or even AI to write text for you.
then create an account (it can be with your own IP) make the corresponding comments and try to put your link to the product or whatever you are promoting (recommendable to use markdown).
if your account gets banned, create another one and that's it.
if you manage to make $20, $50, even $100, what does it matter if they ban your account?
Understand, then you will have to buy accounts with good age and a considerable amount of karma.Sure, I could keep creating new accounts.
It wouldn’t be passive though.
And that kind of defeats the purpose. The objective of this project was to create another passive cash cow by commenting on hot posts that would continue receiving traffic well into the future.
No point if the comments get removed and the accounts get suspended that quickly.
Going to apply this same strategy to Quora and forget about Reddit for now. My new account hasn’t had any issues and I’m already receiving regular traffic with only 19 answers posted.
Thanks for revealing your research. That's really valuable and will save us a lot of time.Sure, I could keep creating new accounts.
