Redbubble Copy Rights All My Artwork

Hello Everyone, I need to solve this issue recently i joined Redbubble Marketplace to earn little money. We all know that they dont pay much.

I uploaded 1500+ Arts on my shop. But now a days i received mail after mail from redbubble copy right team that, their system removed my art work because its contains word "Jeep". Another Art Removed because its contains word "Spam". Another Art Removed because its contains word "wine".

How a artist work in such a tense situation, i mean mostly words are copyrighted by a Giant corporation and redbubble dont want any issue with them so they remove my art from their marketplace.

But when i search those words in their market place thousand of artwork with same words like wine,jeep,spam appears on different items.

Plz anyone suggest me how can i avoid daily basis copyright issue from redbubble. because its frustrating for me know. I upload my art work and then next day they removed it because its contains a trademarked word.

I haven't used those platform so dunno what did wrong.
but have your tried contact their support? and go to their platform forum and social media to check out other response?

yes, first i complained about this on there response foam and also reply to their mail, their social media is useless i think because no one replying them, i think their copyright art removal system is on autopilot. but l will update if they reponse to my mail

yup just keep trying to contact the support, also you can try to find another platform

I understand their point on the word "Jeep" but is borderline ridiculous for the words "spam" and "wine".

I didn´t know you can claim intellectual property rights for such common words.

I haven´t dived deep into POD but I remember opening a store there a couple of years ago and they also closed my account with no previous warnings and no reason at all. After that, I just decided to put them on my "black list" of POD platforms because you can´t run a business working like that knowing any day they have the power to unilaterally shut you down without warnings or explanation.

Thankfully, there are dozens of other POD platforms you can try on so, there´s no reason why you "must" do business with them. I´ve heard they are good but no amount of product quality will compensate for that type of treatment for their customers.

you are right i am probably wasting my time, because i received daily copyright art removed emails, with such words. I was using redbubble because they have their own eco system which gets traffic and you just add art and wait for any customer to buy it and you get commission no shipping hustle no payment issues.

plz recommend me website like redbubble. like you just need to add art work and thats it, i dont want to own a website and hosting and all that SEO issues

Find a job and stop wasting time and worrying about copyright issue. Working for a full time job is much better and stable income. Money making through internet perhaps is not suitable for you. Time to wake up.

That is the most ridiculous response I've ever seen. I made $2million dollars last year selling on the net. How dare you attempt to shatter someone else's goal like that?! May I remind you that you're posting on BlackHatWork which is all about internet business. Seriously, it's time for YOU to wake up! Troll!

Redbubble bought TeePublic. When that happened TeePublic stopped putting artist in their search engine and now the quality of their clothes and their AI bots running the show sucks.

Well the word Jeep is TM so you probably can't be using it in artwork. But the word Spam shouldn't be TM. Not sure. Try a different platform.

How many of your 1500 artworks were removed, if there weren't many maybe you have nothing to worry about
