Receiving multiple Sexual DM's

Hi all, I have been having the issue lately that all of my clients(on Jarvee) have been complaining about receiving a lot of sexual DM's. I already use the Bad word lists to eliminate the worst and to prevent the software from following those obvious accounts but lately those account have normal usernames without sexual bio's or caption so it doesn't get caught with the filters. If anyone has some advice I would really appreciate it.
