Received letter from prosecution authorities

I was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt but when you change details like this your credibility goes out the window (not like you had much to begin). First you claim you were doing it "just for fun" (like that's not bad enough... what type of psychopath blackmails people for "fun"?!). Now you admit you were doing it for the $$$.

First you come here telling the entire forum you blackmailed people. So you're a scammer, thief, and predator who intentionally targets vulnerable people then tries to steal their $$$.

THEN you snitch on well respected member who didn't even insult you. People on the 1st page outright called you a "bitch" but you get mad over "mad dog"? SRS?

You're trying to seek legal advice on an international forum about a crime(s) you can't even come clean about.

You come on here calling other members "rude" when YOU'RE the genius who tried to extort people.

If you came on here and had said, "I was dumb & desperate, I made a mistake"... instead of saying "unfortunately they reported ME"... ME ME ME. IF you showed the slightest degree of REMORSE for the poor people you preyed upon.... then people might respect you for it. But you didn't do that. You came on here immediately making excuses & hiding details. You said and I quote, "I credibly claimed that I never seriously intended to blackmail them" but right here in your follow up you ADMIT you did it for the $$$.

So let me give you some advice you didn't ask for. When you get to your cell, first thing you should do is rip a sliver of cloth off your bedspread. Use your teeth, bite the corner then tear it nice and fast. After that borrow a pencil from the guard. Poke a hole in the middle of your soap, put the cloth through the middle & tie that shit around your wrists as tight as possible.

Because yes, yes I hope German authorities lock your ass up tomorrow. But no, no I do not wish prison rape on my worst enemy. :)
 
Blackmailers and r@pists... they are like two sides of a coin. Whatever good they try to do in life after they do their shocking pervert acts, the society will never forgive them. That's the sad reality... the time to think is over, it should've done much before they attacked. After screwing the society comes the time for eternal roasting -- this way or that way. Sorry OP, but the only thing you can do now is face the reaction... and hope that the legal retaliation is not too painful. You've to repay those kind of debts in this lifetime itself... There was still time on your hand -- between the act and the letter -- to repent, but it's not an option now, imho.

Seems the legal reaction would be too hard on any person, but I guess the crime was too-bad too.

And when you say that you didn't used bank but only the paypal is like you're justifying whatever you did was still okay and pardonable in a way... nothing is, a stab is a stab, whether you use the front of a knife, or its back to kill.

I missed a vital word there: they are like two sides of a BAD coin. It's never accepted to be a daily part in a good society, once its real worth(?) becomes welknown. And even now, you don't seem to be sorry for what you did, and you shouldn't have ever done, and not too far back in time! What's the guarantee that you'll never ever do those mistakes again... and again, and yet again?

The hammer (or call it the noose) of Destiny never makes a sound until it is on, and through you. It always strikes surely and silently. May be there was a tiny window open for you even as you committed the crime, but you failed to even look in that direction of the Light, or the Saving Hand, that came in through it, or if you did then you never saw what endless dark tunnel and the sh!t in it that lay ahead in the direction you were fast sliding into!

Hmm.. may be you still have a ray of Hope! Find it near you... it's always there waiting to be grabbed even for the most hated criminal, but remember it can also see through the future that you'll move yourself to once this immediate ordeal is over. Why should I lie here? When I say it was in 2010, why should it be not true and why should it instead was in 2013?

I am not looking for a legal advice here, I was simply hoping for a few competent opinions about this.

Anyway, I am sure you are just a troll and you write everything only to get attention.
 
Doesn't matter when it was. Evene when it was 2005 you still have a problem unless 10 years go by. You are not obliged to make any statement or write any letter. You can just be silent and hope it will go away. Probably, the best thing you can do since you don't seem to understand the serious situation.
 
You realize if they think you extorted money over Paypal the police can obtain a search warrant and take all of your electronics and IP logs as evidence. You posting on these forums and admitting to doing it through Paypal and not a bank is damning enough. I hope you seriously learned some kind of lesson from this.

I think that PayPal didn't give them details out, because there were plenty of transactions inside my account.

Thats looking bad as germany takes blackmailing very seriously.You wont go to jail but it will be expensiv if he can proof his claims and you can trust me paypal will instantly provide your data when asked by the german court.That was the dumbest thing you could ever do.
Try first to find out what exectly evidences they have against you.Very important if they know and provided your paypal account .If they got your IP and paypal info it looks bad.If they just got one of them you still can go out fine

I think you're making a mistake there... isn't your Paypal account connected to your bank account? Or how else were you going to withdraw the booty? If your bank account is connected to that pp acc, then your details are already with them. I think that they have begun the process of legal action though the letter seems slightly harmless. Your next step/s will either mean good or very bad for you. This is trouble -- BIGGG one, imo. Take proper legal opinion and disclose the entire thing to the lawyer. Don't hide one single fact. Also, how old were you back then? Were you still a minor (less than 18, and I think you were) according to your country's laws -- less than 18 would be that in Germany? May be this "being a minor then" aspect can save you from getting a bigger punishment.

Also, how many people did you blackmail, and how many sent you money (through paypal) due to it? Did you write really threatening mails to them (like a hardened criminal would), or were yours real ametuerish? While doing ewhoring, did you use a real girl's identifiable image and name? I think then her age too would be less than 18 and that's a real bad one for you. Then, can they find her on FB from the name, image, etc., etc.? -- that would be real real real bad... whatever,... on the net you can't get a proper and legally correct help, so go find a good lawyer.

And, lastly, your threat mails WILL have the date and real IP's etc. on them. So the dates are not a issue... they have those dates and times (timestamps) for sure.

And btw, I think you're telling the truth when you say that all that happened in 2010... if that has happened more recently too, then I don't think anything can save you. It ill prove that you've become a hardened blackmailer over such a long period and were at it may be since 2010 or even earlier... they will put all those things and you'll have to prove otherwise (though you can, but it looks very bad at this stage) to make the case watertight.

May be one or some of your victims then lost not just money, but health (mental/physical/whatever) due to your foolish and completely dangerous criminal actions? May be one of them committed suicide? **horror** Can you see what happens on the other end of the story? That's definitely not funny for them whatever you caught them doing online. You had only the option to approach law if they were criminals and not you at that time, but you reversed the roles, and thought, even now, that everything was funny!

If I were one of those investigators, I would collect all relevant fact from all presented angles -- e.g., the girl's age/image/etc which could help send you in for a long time.

Go find a very competent lawyer... only he can save you now imo.

I hope you've really not ewhored-n-blackmailed the judge too who will look into your case. If you've, then...

err... may be your lawyer too is another victim? Think man, if you have dstroyed those guys in past, now think what they will do to your future... there is a dark long errie shadow at every corner you go from now.

May be talk with a hollywood writer/producer. You can still get a million -- after you come out 50 years later.
