Really need your help/suggestion on this..

YouTube kept on messing with me on and off since last year, joining and getting kicked out of the partner program until I was finally off January of this year. But I kept on trying and trying to fix the mistakes that YouTube brought up until one day I’m unable to fix them anymore. I should’ve done the Content ID thing way sooner or I wouldn’t have been in this situation, now I’m pretty much struggling and bills are piling up and I can’t even do my plan, which is paying an artist to make songs for me and I’ll release them under a distributor to collect revenue from Content ID & streaming platforms. Currently I’m working with an artist but he takes 30% and I only get revenue from Content ID and he doesn’t show me any report so I could be underpaid.

I honestly don't know what to do at this point.

Bad situation. A good distributor will happily show you the content id earnings claims/plays etc. - If he is not willing to do that then look for a new distributor. It's not worth the hassle, trust me.
