What is the best way to get some real targeted likes on my FB page. I know I can do FB ads but I'm not that familiar with it and don't want to lose ton of money for likes.

Well, it doesn't take a lot of time to be familiar with fb ads. And that is the best way to reach more and more targeted people.

Unfortunately facebook ad is your best bet, just try to learn it. It's the most mainstream thing to learn so you wouldn't have any problem picking it up fast.
