Honestly, I use Fake information wherever I sign up like fake numbers and fake address.
And also advice you to use fake info because hosting company is not interested in your real info, they want money only.

Yes 100% agree with you but I had some issues with name.com (registrar company) because they contacted me a few times to update the info and to make sure that it is real... so in this case I have enabled "privacy" option and nobody knows who I am. So ... fake info to hosting company , real info on registrar (but... enabled "privacy" or "whoisguard")... hosting company is not interested in your real info, they want money only.

They totally do, not sure where you have this from. Paypal is just some sort of bank, they don't say no to money, espacially with the big cut they get.

No, dude! PayPal does not allow any kind of nudity...you can try but you will have your account limited forever.
BUT it is possible to use a trick... register to epoch and you are able to use paypal through Epoch , otherwise do not even try to place a paypal button on your adult site.

for hosting u can get away with fake name easy
for registrar it's 50/50 guess it depends who you chose. ICANN passed some rules lately saying they can pick on you to verify the info is legit. always buy whois privacy too.
my friend used fake info on namecheap for a domain & week later they shut him down until he provided ID to prove his fake info was real. told him to use namesilo instead but guess he missed it. btw namesilo free whois privacy.

Only weakness seems to be ads and affiliate, but I don't think it will go that far.

Ahh, might be, the name was something short. I think we are talking about the same forum, it's the main adult marketing one, they went crazy mad because of adrians porn uploading method back than. Besides buying backlinks it's pretty much useless. Bunch of noobs, weren't even able to trace down bad protected uploaders. They didn't even know what to do after they find out that whois is blocked.
