real info with porn

Hello,

I plan to make a porn site. Porn is legal in my country, and I will only embed videos.
Can I be in trouble if I give my real info to registrar and hosting?

i would suggest not to do it even if it was legal, you never know what might go wrong and its always better not to have your real name attached to it.

but that's just me...
 
Whatever you do , do not put your real name to hosting Services , otherwise goodluck on your journey .
 
Unless you want to be the porn king of your community, I suggest to rather not use your real name.
 
As everyone else said, I suggest you not to use your real name.
I accidentally put my real name when I registered and I regret it greatly.
I have been getting many phone calls from website site building advertisers and they always go like: "Hi, is this (My name) and do you own (porn name).com?"
It feels so awkward and I believe I f*ed up big time haha
 
dont need to leave any footprints on there even if there all is legal because of that is porn
 
You'll be alright. No one will find out, your hosting company should have some kind of privacy.
 
whats a point to give out the real info, even though it is legal in your country, maybe they will tax you out(who know)

I don't want to be a negative thing, But trust me you better go with some other venture like niche sites or something else. Embed tubes doesn't really work nowadays.
 
I don't see why it would be a problem as long as you use WhoisGuard.

How far can go a dmca issue in porn? (with a grey hat mind, I remove what they want)

From what I read here, they will try to contact me via form or email, or mess up with the hosting povider. (so I guess having an offshore hosting would help)

They won't get my details through affiliates, will they? (I haven't read anyone being wanted that far but who knows)

Today my plan is to stay anonymous from registrar, offshore hosting and pay in bitoins. But I still don't know how to behave with those who pay me.

People dealing with porn are far from being professional businessman. A few years ago half of an adult marketing forum wanted to catch me but they are just noobs in terms of internet business and everything around it. You don't need to worry to much but there is still a change that everything can happen. Cloak your ass as much as possible, don't ignore DMCA and you might be fine.

where are you if you dont mind asking ?

you can do it legally without worry even if you are in the US or Canada
- use offshore hosting
- put dmca contact info on your website and do not ignore dmca emails or make it difficult to contact you
- if you are in the US for register a DMCA agent and let users upload videos not you
- also if you are in the US or any other western country dont use bitcoin to receive money get it using paypal to your business account , tax evasion is much worst than copyright violations
