Clickbaiting is being devalued in Facebook.
So is sharing links with uploaded photos.
Try not to do those thingsand don't worry about it -- maybe your users haven't logged on this hour. Not everyone is on fb 24/7
No this is happening to all pages right now, even high quality ones.

I don't know where you're getting your info, but it's wrong. I just posted a photo with links and it got over 87k shares in 3 days.

You posted photo with a link (e.g. you uploaded a photo and just added text and link on top) or Thumbnail Link ( you just pasted the link url - which used image from site) ? which one?
The first option is okay , however the 2nd option will deffo have lower reach
