Hello, I want to know if someone know what happened with reach in fan page in the last hour is very low, I don't know if that is any maintenance from facebook and the reach will be back again or they will keep the reach low like now

No this is happening to all pages right now, even high quality ones.

You posted photo with a link (e.g. you uploaded a photo and just added text and link on top) or Thumbnail Link ( you just pasted the link url - which used image from site) ? which one?

The first option is okay , however the 2nd option will deffo have lower reach
