How many web pages does the site have?
I've found that, as one would assume, it's about the proportion not total. Take a look at Huff or some other site, they'll easily have thousands of OBLs
Edit: oh one page has 1k links (4:30am). Yeah, that's pretty spammy.

@hasa1015 So basically, if the homepage links to an inner page, then the homepage will give x amount of link juice which then gets split in 1000(for OBL= 1000)?
Which means that it will still be worth right?

@fb3003 I know that. What I'm saying is that since there's a link to a page from homepage, then homepage will pass a chunk of link juice to that particular page(inner page) which contains 1000 external links, link juice being split in 1000 pieces and distributed equally.

now across the same thinking, assume that you have 15 OBL from homepage to other external sites and assume 2 of those are "no-follow", now would the link split be across 13 external links or 15?! i don't have any idea, but your question made me think about this. hoping others can chime on this.
