Listing Ray Bans on a new account wont work. Maybe later when the account is older and has some good feedback.
 
If you mentioned the word "replica" that's an instant suspension. eBay don't allow any fakes whatsoever
 
I didn't mention fake or real at all, I'm thinking that if I list them as just "designer wayfarer sunglasses" and no mention of ray-ban whatsoever could I get away with that and not be bothered by ebay?

Yeah, but also remove any rayban logos from the pic and description and don't mention raybans anywhere, but then how will you get the views? You won't. So selling the fake ray bans won't work
 
damn, so would there be a way for me to sell ray bans? everything is fine its just ebay's stupid vero thing
 
that probably someone report your listing to ebay. i've the same exp. before.
the other listing (seller that i know to be selling the same fake items) still there and keep getting sales. wonder why?..:D
 
One thing I would ask as an eBay seller is why undercut the price by so much? If you were gonna just have it $50, you should have just done auction-style.
