Hey, I've recently started selling Ray-Bans on ebay. All was good until my products got removed and I got a 7 day ban.
All photo's were taken from my camera, I didn't use stock photos and my photo's were all top quality (16MP) and had extensive pics on each listing.
    All got 100% positive feedback.

I was wondering if I still used the same pics (that say Ray-Ban on the sunglasses, box etc) but if I put in the title "Designer Wayfarer Sunglasses" and didn't mention Ray-Ban or Luxoitca in the description all would be good??
I was hoping that putting in the sub-title "your shades will have the logo's on them!" and saying something like "what you see is what you get" would get people to buy em even though ray-ban or luxotica arent mentioned in the listing.

Yeah I listed replica's but the quality is almost the same as genuine ones and I've received all positive feedback so how could eBay even think they are fake??
Maybe some other bloke is reporting my item cause I'm about £30 cheaper than everyone else?? (Mine are at £50, almost all other RB's are £80+).
Any help/ good answers are appreciated on this topic. Thanks.
I didn't advertise them to be real or fake, just listed them as Ray Bans.
My account is brand new.... I was thinking that might b the problem at first but everyone has to start somewhere, right? atm ebay are being pricks.... i asked why my listings were removed and why my account was suspended and no reply -______-

Listing Ray Bans on a new account wont work. Maybe later when the account is older and has some good feedback.

If you mentioned the word "replica" that's an instant suspension. eBay don't allow any fakes whatsoever

I didn't mention fake or real at all, I'm thinking that if I list them as just "designer wayfarer sunglasses" and no mention of ray-ban whatsoever could I get away with that and not be bothered by ebay?

Yeah, but also remove any rayban logos from the pic and description and don't mention raybans anywhere, but then how will you get the views? You won't. So selling the fake ray bans won't work

One thing I would ask as an eBay seller is why undercut the price by so much? If you were gonna just have it $50, you should have just done auction-style.

true, but i doubt I would have gotten that much from an auction? also its £50 thats around 85$ i think
never really tried auctioning i dont feel as if it would be too successful
also i'm going to sell beats as soon as my account is unbanned, is that a good idea? how many more times do i need an item to be taken down before i get banned permanently? and if i made a new account would i just be able to sell as normal until the same thing happened to that account?
    many thanks for the replies
