I like it because its simple and goes straight to the point. The more confusing a website is, the worse for conversions, because most people are complete idiots.

Better than alot of stuff out there, yet it look's a bit boring. Maybe think about using some patterns for the background or atleast a gradient to "pimp it up" a bit.

It's a nice clean design. Blue is probably the best color to use.
