That looks pretty great, clean and simple. As someone had previously stated, it should say "Proceed in English", but that's not really too big of a change.
 
I do not think that we could talk about a "design".
It looks pretty normal, nothing special.

Have you thought about throwing in some background? Otherwise, very good.
 
I Liked the design Cool and simple.
Its looks clean and if i see something like this on a website i would prefer to search ,you should add country redirect offers to it to get a good conversion.

Clean and Simple.. My Suggestion add HD Background related to your Niche.. And some fake reviews on home page itself.

So CTR will get increase..

but you made a lot of mistakes in FRENCH :p
