Yeah, I really like the design, but I would use a country redirecting script instead of the english-french prompt window. :) Just my opinion though. The design is great.

You don't want to lose your users in a cluster and your template is great.
 
A little more 3d look makes it feel better. Try Photoshop CS6 to maintain.
