Rate Limits for Instagram graphql

Currently trying to extract data from Instagram (followers, media, comments, likes,..) with their graphql and ajax endpoints. I am still testing things and one of the issues is that I reach the rate limit pretty fast.

Any experience in what are the rate limits for different types of data, if and when a rate limit happens on same ip (just reached rate limit through same account so far) or some other useful info about Instagram rate limits.
