hi Guys

anyone have experience with getting medium.com articles ranked? Has anyone tried getting some links (like a PBN job) done to point to your article on medium?

Please share any experience! :)

While I don't have any experience with throwing links at a Medium post, I know the posts in and of themselves don't really rank nearly as well as they once did when being used as a parasite :)

Yes, but they still work well.

I have even tried inter-linking the articles with keywords, to help inbound links within the site to the articles as i assume internal linking would be DO FOLLOW unlike their external links being NO FOLLOW.

We need to crack this thing...

I have one post on Medium. In google - nowhere to be seen. In yahoo, at no.3...go figure...

Well. I have an article at medium which rank at #1 on a very competitive keyword.

I think it depends on the content itself.

I've ranked pleeeeenty of Medium articles on Google. I guess it all depends on your niche dude. I had a new page submitted a week back and it's already ranking. I always build mixed links. I focus more on quantity rather than quality.

Luckily I could rank but it was really low competitive keyword.

And the fact is, I never worried about the penalty because it’s not my site. I did open experiments, lol ;)

It is not easy still I believe it’s possible with Quality full Backlinks & PBNs.

Made a heap of articles for lead gen. it can work well even without links. Had good success. Many page 1/2. I could do with revisiting and getting them up to #1

It depends on the competition. I saw a medium article that i wrote in jan(No link building) now ranking and is in featured snippets .Search volume around 200.

You are correct. It depends on the content and how its liked by the audience.

i already made alot of medium article, but only 2 ranked on google, i got few clicks

Do you think claps helps? i feel it will help its internal algo to medium itself.. then with more people seeing it, help its rank in google?

Long-form Content
Long-form content ranked very well. So, when you pick up the right keyword, the next thing you have to do is to write a super-long form articles. Add all the relevant media, links, Pictures, data tables, charts and Videos to make it more engaging.

The Design of your Title
The title plays a very important role in Search Engine Optimization. Here i want to show you two different titles and then we will discuss what makes one title more search engine favorable than the other.

Related Links
Adding links to the external and internal sites which are related to the blog post on Medium is a good strategy to pass link juice(RankerX or GSA is recommended to use) to those articles. Google has no rule for how many links you can add, but you can add as many links as possible unless and until it doesn’t make the user experience or articles links that are not related to the article.

Hi! You say "build mixed links" - can you give some examples please?

aim for very low comp keywords, you will rank. But right now, medium wont let me post articles.
I used two accounts of mine and it says
story is under review.

Impressive case study. Are you still using GSA?
