Ranking for this Keyword

I'm wanting to rank for this easy keyword, what I'm thinking of is buying this Fiverr gig.

Also, I'm going to write a guest post on a page which will be 250+ words and original content. It will contain three links, one to my subpage which I want to be ranked and two other to big sites.

Would it be better to write this on a domain with a 22 Moz domain rank but the page rank is 1-2 or an expired tumblr domain so it shows on the homepage which will have a page rank of 29.

The best way to rank a keyword is through PBN and web 2.0s like Tumblr, Blogspot, Weebly, over blog.
To rank a specific keyword, you should use it as an anchor text but do not use it more than 20 % I think so.

What I'm going to do is write a guest post on an expired Tumblr account, it has a trust flow of 3, a citation flow of 21 and Moz page rank of 33

What matters is referring domains and not trust flow/citation flow

that is a bit spammy blog. TF/CF ratio is not good. try to look for other blogs first. a good TF/CF ratio should be close to one or more than 1 (TF>CF)

I cant find any with a similar ratio, the best one I've found has a trust flow of 6, a citation flow of 35 and Moz page rank of 48
