I'm looking for something cheap, I need to buy an anti-captcha and proxy to use this program.
what dou you recommend.

where can I buy many cheap proxies and a cheap anticaptcha

Residential proxies will give you the best results when trying to avoid captchas but datacenter might do the job

Datacenter proxies might be cheap but overly used, so no quality. Try residentials.

I linked Rankerx to Death By Captcha and works pretty good.

I'm also using RankerX. I'm using Buyproxies and 0captcha. I'm getting over an 80% success rate with those types
