does anyone else have trouble with ranker x links getting indexed or if not how do you do it?

I wouldn't use the default links... many sites are blocked with noindex or disallow, create your own lists.
what do you mean by default links
i use tier 1 and index inject and express indexers together.still no domain rank increase

As with GSASER, make your own list of places to post.
everyone recommended i use ranker x and scrapebox which i do

One of easiest effective method is buidling second tiers . Make sure to load up gsa with good content. Nowdays i don't even use any content genarators with my gsa. building 100 - 200 contextuals is more than enough for web2.0s indexing or may be lower. Content matters even for lower tiers. i don't care about indexers...buy me a cold beer instead

i want to use ranker x for tier 1.Is that not possible?i hear everyone talks of tier 2,3

You can't build tier 2 without building tier 1 , So to tier 1 get indexed you are building tier 2 links ,, it's pretty basic

There are lot of tutorials on black hat seo section. I learn loads of things here. You should focus on all tiers.
Money site -> Tier 1 (Build with ranker x or gsa or manual blog post /web 2.0s whatever it's must be link to money site is tier 1 ) to get indexed tier 1 you need tier 2 . You building backlinks to tier 2 . You need to focus on both tiers.
If you own gsa you can simply blast contextual links to get indexed . It works under 2 weeks .. 80%
