For my page link Can I rank in multiple search terms. What is the penguin advice

My link: mywebsite/seo-in-australia

my anchor(search term) : seo,search engine optimization, Australia seo companies, youtube views, digital marketing service providers

There should be no problem if you rank the same website for different search terms, but it seems to be spammy if the same website is shown number of times for the same keyword. That's what the Penguin focuses on..!!

yes you can rank for more terms. do the on page optimazion for them as well .....

For which keyword I will be getting rank while using multiple search terms?
If I variation a single keyword with synonymous will get quick ranking preference for that?
