Is it possible to rank a website in top1 without having a blog (aka 'update website or make new content a few times a month', aka 'make G visit your website often because of new content' aka 'building content silos')?

Analyzing well-performing websites, I noticed that, at some point, backlinks and well optimized page/website is not enough. It should have a few dozen blogposts internally linking to it. And not just that. A steady flow of fresh new (even low-quality) articles on the blog.

Please let me know if you know any websites that perform great without having a blog and all the stuff I mentioned above. Please calm me down, because I was hoping not to hire a content writer in 2021 for running a blog Instead, I was hoping to keep building high quality backlinks.
