Quora Upvotes

Hi guys,

I'm using Quora for affiliate marketing, promoting some websites but I have trouble with upvotes. A lot of my answers are hard to be put on first place. Sometimes after couple of days some of them are first but some never ranking. What can I make/use to try and make my answer to rank faster to first position? Is it some king of bot/software, better quality of answer, old account..

I would really appreciate the help.
