ok so i read like half this thread and then add kicked but i would say dude 1st dont use shared or reseller thats just dumb, ya its cheap but spend the bucks on a good dedicated or at least vps. The vps i use i have an awsome relationship with cuz they are in my home town so when people report me they talk to me bout it and i just make it look like the person i was scraping is seriously wacked, I have some acting experience so i can make it pretty good.Haha its funny then ill go find a vulnrebility on there app and steal backlinks, teaches them not to mess lol. But i agree with everyone and say spin it with billets, numbers,list it, just make it look different. write a script to run it all through google translator. ahah flip it a few times and its brand new again.

Oh and about rss feed if they offer it to be taken then i mean come on. People dont even know what rss stands for they just get pissed when you take it. I look at it this way google takes everyones and thats ok so why cant I.

Hey, I got a little similar issue but with a domain name I registered..it was a fluke I was opening a host account they offered a cheap domoan registration I took it. Now it seems someone name is in it and he does not approve. I get the legal email and so I apologize and asked him to make an offer and he can buy the domain. hes not Disney but a big player..But he says I need to surrender it to him.. ICANN says I cannot transfer the domian for 60 days.. I wanna run for the Border bit cannot move the name Any advice from you brain stormers? Thanks

What's the point in even thinking about it?
If someone asks you to remove copyrighted content that you've stolen, just do it and move on. There are tons of other feeds out there to leech from.
The downsides of not doing so are far worse: Instead of just losing some blog posts, you might get your hosting suspended, your Adsense banned, your site blacklisted via a report (all this can be easily done by faxing a DMCA to the right people).
You should probably think long term, no point fighting with people like that...especially when they could hurt your earnings. Just not worth it.

I don't care what race she is.I said she was indian because the way she addressed you.
If I am correct then she can't sue you because in india there's no copyright law.There's no law concerning internet AT ALL and there will be no legal or any administrative consequences. I think that was your original concern . So keep on stealing her RSS or if she disabled it then do it by hand.
I would do it just to prove my point. And if she (or most likely HE) will stop threating you then , only then and only if you want you can remove it. That's what I would do....but then again...nobody AXED ME
