Told you to take it down, now she DMCAed you host, many hosts will suspend your account when they get a notice rather than deal with it.
 
Got a reseller account on Hostgator and that blog is just an account. Should i expect an email from them or they will suspend my reseller ?

well i've learned something today and i'm glad that this happened at this early stage of my project and not after the 100 installs :)

I need an email software so like outlook but SMARTER that can keep all my email accounts apart.
 
if you're using host-gator you should yank the content before they shut down your site. also, if you're going to lift content from other sites, get hosting in panama. :D

had similar problem before just the bia tch done an dcma with google adsense :D under my account lucky me I was online on the day and I get rid of the posts with problems . Thing is better allways to use yahoo news for the '' rss content ''

she has a blog on blogger so try hersite.blogspot.com, lol, i don't know about that website maybe i should register that .com and make fun of her :))..oh wait...she has it already, lol, to bad :))

Anyway all fixed up, now i have to find another feed to smuggle...
 
Or you can deal with it the real BH way: send tons of junk traffic to her blog and get her adsense banned :)
 
It's all set up under a CC license which means they do have right for you to take that shit down. But look at the forum you're at. Keep it on, spin it, and host your ass somewhere else and you'll be fine.

As for Youtube video, you can copy exact video but if you change any of the content you can get in trouble for it
 
Keeping his content online is a provocation and will probably lead to real problems sooner or later.
It's not just a stolen thing you keep it online so it is a permanent provocation for him.

Why risk troubles ? He can write your ISP, can sue you. I don't know how important his stuff is for you but if he busted you it's better to just let it be.

I believe earlier on you said you have already taken it down, good move. Its really not worth it to tango with one person about one post if you have many already. Shame though that you just starting to get some big hits on it.

The youtube video though... it is PUBLIC video sharing, if its on youtube posted by a user with no copyright information, its fair game. On the other hand if you post a video that was originally MADE by a copyrighted person/company/video, it would be illegal. Like when Saturday Night Live made the movement to strip their content from youtube. They did threaten to sue many of the posters.

you should be cool if the offer the RSS feeds....tell them to disable it if they do not want others to post their content.....or do what i do and bot bother to have a valid e-mail address for people to contact me. I think its better not to know what people think of you pulling their feeds
