Quit My Job Today

best feeling in the world when you stop being a bitch and become a MAN & Make you own moves. I wish I could re-live it everyday. I kept an old boss as a client and I love the feeling of being able to tell him to "Fuck off " from his level, not below, when he wants to go cheap or make a crack, and he has to laugh. Best of luck bro, I would've thought you'd had done this years ago

I have just been thinking about what you have said pofecker and I have to say well done, you have done it, but not only that you did it in the right way, I f you don't understand then let me explain, I read a lot of threads on here with people I am going to quit my job and concentrate on im'ing or should I quit college and concentrate on im'ing, this is just my thoughts on this, but you did in a correct way, and you waited until you had succeeded at it or to say it correctly, you waited until you were earning enough that when the choice was put before you, you could say, "you know what I can afford to do with out your sh***y job, and then you quit, So I guess what I am trying to say is congratulations Pofecker and good luck for the future.

extremely envious of your situation, once again congrats, it must feel great to do that...

tried the black hat stuff and made some money but nothing that really came easy... really trying to start a white hat ecommerce store and ride that wave...

hopefully ill be in your position soon...
 
i had a job once for last summer, had quit then I found out about BHW and never bothered to look for another job this summer lol. Now gives me some time to enjoy my earnings make more $$ and do a diploma this year.
 
Contratulations man. Isn't that a good feeling? I had that same feeling a few years ago when I quit my day job. I said exactly the same thing; "I'M FREE". As a matter of fact, that's what I yelled out loud when I walked out of the door. People looked at me like I was crazy but I didn't care.

Being self employed is the best feeling in the world. I can do anything I want at any time of the day 24/7.

You will soon start doing things that you couldn't do before, enjoy every minute of it.
 
I also leave my job about a month and thought that i would earn by providing IT service by Odesk, but i am only earning 50$ or 60$ a month. I am in very tense now.

Guys please tell the way to earn by internet.

That's so awesome Po. Very inspirational for me to see someone getting out of the grind and focusing on IM 100%. That's where I want to be eventually. I have a wife and kids, so it's pretty tough for me to take the leap...but I figure when i am ready, it will be an obvious decision, not an ambitious one. Great job. Congrats!

Good for you, you are totally free now. I did that in November of last year when I said goodbye to corporate tax accounting and hello to CL posting.

seriously, your good work ethic will prob mean you having to force yourself away from the work.

one thing I would do is make it a MUST to have things going that only take up to 2-4 hours a week to manage

automate and outsource.

I know you know all this but this is the only time you will get to really set things up the perfect way you want them, after you start you can easily get sucked into 12 hour days even(especially) when you dont have a boss

I second that, I recommend a book called the 4 hour work week. It's about time management and living your life and doing things before you are too old and decrepit to move. check it out on amazon. Grats

Congratulations Pofecker. Enjoy your freedom and make the most of it. Time to enjoy life a little more. I really wish you the best but be careful not to let your new found freedom cause your IM career to slack or you may end up shooting yourself in the foot. Best of luck man.
