I want to write an article on a specific subject and I only see 1 other article that's related to that.

Questions:
Does L:4 mean 4 backlinks?
Would you consider outranking this specific page easy or hard?

Yes, that shows how many links Semrush found. Semrush does not find all backlinks, though . I would rather use Ahrefs to check backlinks.

Ahrefs or Majestic will give you a better idea on how easy or hard it is.
