Quick Relevancy Question.

Hey guys,

I'm building some campaigns for Bing, and I came across a few ?'s maybe you guys could help with. I'm wondering how relevant campaigns need to be?

For ex.

Would I build one campaign for work from home and another campaign for work at home? Or could I build those into one campaign? Any and all help is appreciated, and many thanks in advance.
