I am now trying out something new to these
On all the sites that have this structure - I am going to place relevant PBN's (made of real sites in the same manor) around them.
So I will buy the domains with keywords or links - premium normally from Darko - and target on main silo with each PBN site.
So basically each Silo will have 1 - 2 PBN domains that are made with this same structure to target and drive even more down into longer tail keywords. I may add some shopping keywords into the PBN's.
Realize they will be real sites, not just made for links.
Example:
Best Nail Salon - Silo on main site
PBN Domain - Ginkobenefits - Wonderful designs of nail salons ( 8 silo's - with 4 - 5 blog post per silo) It will have 3-4 main links and sales funnel driving back to the main site.
I have seen this done in the past and love the idea of spreading out like this. Very structured and easy to write / order writing for.

Can you clarify the structure of your backlinks?
You syndicate your moneysite content to web2.0's through ifttt,
making the web2.0's your tier1. Do you submit any other content on these blogs? Do you use other links as tier1?
Then as tier2 you use high PR links?

It is very simple, you need to invest money to earn money.
People who are looking to do this without any money investing than better find another thread. But seriously guys I made money starting from 0, so you can too. If not this post try another one never back down. Once when you get some money try this method, its looks a good method according to me.

So for me, Here is what I do normally:
Each Silo - 20 Hand Built Unique Content Web 2's
I actually silo out the web 2.
So the Money Site has 4 Silo's that each have 4 Sub Silo's.
The Web 2's aim at 1 Silo and have the Sub Silo's as pages.
So I aim 100 - 120 web 2's all unique content silo'd out.
Here is what that looks like in this format - Money site Page : What this web 2 links to
Home Page: 20 Web 2 with Silo 1 Silo 2 Silo 3 Silo 4 as pages (Basically a duplicate of the home page of money site)4
Silo 1: 20 Web with Silo 1.1 Silo 1.2 Silo 1.3 Silo 1.4 as pages
Silo 2: 20 Web 2 with Silo 2.1 Silo 2.2 Silo 2.3 Silo 2.4 as pages
Silo 3: 20 Web 2 with Silo 3.1 Silo 3.2 Silo 3.3 Silo 3.4 as pages
Silo 4: 20 Web 2 with Silo 4.1 Silo 4.2 Silo 4.3 Silo 4.4 as pages
I will then have guest post/ links, High Quality Comments, PDF, DOC Shares, Profiles, etc... pointing to the Silo Pages as well for Tier 1
I also have post on the web 2's that point to post in the silo.
I end with the IFTT to each silo. That is curated content and not as strong. I will have a VA go through and add some other unique content into those as well. In theory you could order the IFTT and use those and just make unique content instead of only curated.
TIER 2:
I take 100 web 2's with some spun (still high quality - 1 article per 10/20 web 2's) and point to each 20 web 2's. I am not near as structured on these. I do get the logins and often go in and make changes such as: add pages, add content, add pictures, increase number of post, change the themes etc...
So Tier 2 I also order blog comments, guest post Bulk orders, Profile links, PDF Shares, etc... I want to have a nice number of links pointing to every link I did as Tier 1.
Tier 3: I order GSA Blast and other blast towards the tier 2 links.
Here is my strategy overall: I basically build / order weekly...
1st - I order some tier 1 - I order tier 2 towards tier 1
2nd - Order more of the above - Also order Tier 3 to the tier 2 and more tier 2 to the 1's
3rd - Order Giant Blast towards all Tier 3, Order Giant Tier 3 to All Tier 2, Order More of the above
I basically keep that up as I continue to make more content on the site.
One of the most important things I do: I keep a spreadsheet with everything on it. 1st Tab is URL Structure... I have every URL on the money site and what level of the silo that URL is broken down. Every time I do a post I add it into the spreadsheet. I also keep up with Tier 1's made and interlink to that tab with the information on this master spreadsheet. That is hard to breakdown in words but I think if you think through it you can get it.

Yeah, I don't know if you could complete all of this without money.
It is really either Time or Money...
If you have Time then you can write all the content and make the IFTTT yourself - It honestly doesn't take that much effort.
Write your own content and start with 10 - 15 hand made web 2's.
I have a buddy who started like this:
He made 4 Silo's
He made 1 Silo complete - 4 Sub Silos with 4 Post in each Sub Silo.
He then hand made 25 Web 2's. He then hooked up IFTTT to these and published the post in the 4 silos.
He then made 40 - 50 web 2's pointing to his other web 2's. He then went to fiverr and services here and spent 40 - 50 dollars on building links (GSA blast, Comments, Guest Post) to all of his links.
This took him a lot of time but his site ranks and he is turning conversions. He wrote probably 150 unique articles and spent countless hours doing it but now he has money coming in and can order more services and content instead of hand doing it...
What does he do? He isn't lazy - So he built the same thing the next month on his own time while investing his money into the Silo he had already built with more links. He doubled his productivity and is now on his 3rd Silo with 20 pages ranking and converting.
If you want to get something you have never had... Then do something you have never done.

Could a (free) password manager simplify this, and make it easier to log into all these sites and email ids?
Just wondering if anyone had tried this, or if there is some barrier here that I am not aware of.

I have used LastPass but when you start trying to get VA's or other people to do it... It became frustrating to always share each needed login.
What I do currently is this:
Office 365 Sharepoint site with Excel Spreadsheet. I then make the VA a training on how to post etc... Then I assign them the task.
That is a bit higher level but for 15 dollars a month you can run a system driven business using Sharepoint, Office 365, along with a screencapture program to record training videos.
Just video as you do things and talk through it. Then edit them and make your intrasite out of them.
If you need help setting up sharepoint or training on it, check you tube or Lynda dot com.

Another added point: Buy some aged Tumblr, Wordpress, Weebly, Blogster, Blogger accounts.
Register obviously the name of your site on a new set of web 2's. Then use your new bought accounts to publish another post about the site. This has worked great in getting the web 2 indexed as I will publish a post with a link to it as well as it works great in gaining authority off the bat.
You can even Silo out these paid accounts if you wanted to and then have the silo's headed back to the site silo's.
Example:
Website Name - BHW
HighPATumblr Links to New BHW.wordpress.com That Links to BHW (Home Page)
High PAWeebly Links to New BHW.wordpress.com That Links to BHW (Home Page)

Keywords list? You mean the buying intent etc... or do you mean the keyword list for each site?
Backlinks - Each backlink would point to a page on the site. So the structure of the site and the keywords would have a lot to do with that.

I will add - Think about your tiered link building like this:
Silo 1:
Kw 1
Kw 2
Kw 3
Kw 4
Any kw in blog post
Now have your web 2's and links obviously aimed at those pages with those keywords... (40% naked urls is what I do)
Now when you get those "Tier 1 links together"
Order a GSA blast to that Tier 1 with those keywords only...
I will often build out Tier 1 and Tier 2 to be clean and then aim massive amounts of GSA etc... all at Tier 2 with those keywords.
You can do a lot if you treat each silo like it is it's very own site. You will be surprised what you can rank for.
