Quick question about opt-in lists

I am totally new to e-mail marketing and CPA offer promotions. Though I do have an account at offervault. If I forward one of my domain names to a free squeeze page and create an opt-in list. What would be a good way to make a little cash without a webpage for now? I don't have any products or services to promote ATM. Maybe after I build a list I can send out e-mails for various CPA offers? If anyone has advice I would truly appreciate it as I am unemployed and have been for quite a while. This may seem cheap but I have $20 to invest into something that can help me out. LoL

Have you looked into bum marketing? Google it an learn all you can about it. Email lists are a touchy subject here.

if you want to build a list then you can get an a.we.ber account for just $1 for the first month. you can also download a free squeeze page template from the web, just search for one on google or something. there are also some places to get free domains and free hosting, you just need to find them. now all you need is targeted traffic which is the hardest part

and yea, you can then email your opt in list with cpa offer, that is not a problem!
