Quick Dropshipping Questions...

Hi,

My main business is selling musical instruments online. I currently just sell as an affiliate through Amazon but am looking to get into selling for a manufacturer that will drop ship.

All I can seem to find (through my research online) are dropshipping networks that charge a fee of several hundred dollars for membership before even allowing you to see their prices. Also, I have been to several sites of manufacturers in Asia but I don't know if I can trust them (*please don't take this as a racial comment* It's just that I find their sites have conflicting information and their English is also very limited so I don't know if they understand what I am asking them).

My question is does anyone know of a good reputable manufacturer in my niche that does drop shipping?

Also, are there any free alternatives to paid membership dropshipping networks (or at least companies that will share a catalogue/prices before asking you to pay anything)?

Right now I am leaning towards either "WholesaleMusicClub" or "WorldWideBrands" if I have to go the route of a paid network. Does anyone have any experience dealing with either of these companies?

I suggest you don't use a paid network with a signup fee. Search better using google, try using quotes in the search query to get more relevant results.

If you're selling in europe, use a european wholesaler, if you're selling in the USA best use an american wholesaler. (this comes in handy when handling returns)

Search queries like: product "dropshipping service", product "drop shipping", product "drop shipping available", product "dropshipping available" most of the times give me good results.

Try contacting all the leading stores and see if they offer a wholesale program and would be interested in dropshipping. Also, try contacting local stores to see if they would be interested in the same.

I usually have to send out at least 75 emails before I find a decent supplier for whatever I am looking to sell.
