You can create a quick A/B test by duplicating an existing ad set or ad and adjusting it to test a new strategy. After you duplicate an ad set or ad, you can change a single variable to compare it to the original ad set or ad and see which strategy works best for your business goals.

The best piece of advice I have received regarding this, and I still use, goes something like this:

A big change will result in a bit change. Small change will not be noticeable.

Basically it means, when you do an A/B test, the consumer will statistically not react differently to a small change like making the CTA “buy now” button on the ad 2 different colors.

However, you are better off getting different results when testing two very big differences in variables.
For example:
- image vs video ad within an adset
- interest targeting vs no interest targeting
- abo vs cbo

You get the point?

You start testing campaigns with small budgets.
Then, use A/B testing for a campaign with multiple ad groups.
As you achieve good results, gradually increase your budget.

You should create many different ad sets to test which one is the best, then you can increase the budget for the good ad sets and reduce or turn off the bad ones.

The conversion price this time is a bit high. In some countries it's 0.5-2$/1 result, in some countries it's up to several tens of $/1 result. It depends on your budget to set a limit
