Hi, if a stealth/another paypal acc is used, would it be safe to use the same withdrawing bank that was attached to the main paypal account which is now permanently limited? So when paypal gets permanently limited, the attached bank accounts gets into doubt, right?

What is an easy way to withdraw from a stealth paypal acc in case the main one gets permanently limited?

And suppose paypal acc is in the name of John, can the withdrawing bank be in the name of Jerry and everything goes smooth?

Keep the same account and request a new account number from the bank (say you wrote it down on a piece of paper that was lost that someone may find).

Hmm and the paypal account name and the name in bank account can be different or has to be same?

PayPal has no way of seeing the name on the bank account. But your bank does, of course. Depending on your country and the method of inter-bank transfer, your bank may reject the deposit if a different name is showing. This is really nothing to do with PayPal.. it is your bank's policies..

It should be safe, but I have not attept. Ironically, the ebay forum gurus say you can use your original bank account on any stealth paypal. I thought the FBI was going to knock on my door, but go ahead and try.
