Questions about tired link building

Dear members

May I use tier 1 links & tier 2 links from the same site.
Means

site 1---> money site
Site 2 ----> site 1
Site 2 ---> money site

If the site 2 have good authority means will it be more helpful to my ranking Or it won't help too much.

Is there any risk of doing this?
Looking for your advices.

Don't do it. Major footprint. You can get away with it 1 time. If you repeat this over and over again it is a footprint. Google looks back multiple tiers, looking for patterns.

That is a bad strategy you have laid out. In your diagram don't link site 2 to ms

if the site2 is good enough to link to your money site, use site1 and 2 as tier1 links and find other sources for tier2.
