Questions about PBN

Hello friends, I'm building my first PBN.

I purchased hosting from Seekahost to use different IPs as I know some people who have built large PBNs using Seekahost and never had any problems.

For now, I'm just going to use 3 blogs and I've created different Cloudflare accounts to set up each domain. I will create in different periods to have greater security.

These PBNs would mainly be used so that I can have Backlinks for my projects (which use the same IP). Would you have any tips so I can point links to my projects without being noticed by Google? Because 3 websites pointing to several websites that share the same IP is really very strange.

I don't think 3 websites is that bad to point to one site.
 
Since your numbers are small you should be good.

Ideally, each money site should have its own dedicated network.

If it is strange, pointing 3 websites from the same IP to your single site is also strange. So, use unique IPs. Also, don't add multiple links from a single domain until it makes sense. It will affect your site for sure.

Use multiple hosting IPs, space out the configuration, and switch up your Cloudflare accounts.

i don' think bad small numbers can affect your site.
 
You can go up to 15-20 websites with the same tactic, it won't cause any problems even if it's not ideal,
Make sure each of the PBN websites is well set and minimize all of the other footprints,

Also, you might want to create more different links to the websites from various of other sources, that will keep the diversity in point,
Web 2.0s, crowd & some guest posts should do the work,
If you manage to get 100-200 of them for each website your PBN will only make 10% of the total link profile
 
Host all your PBN blogs to same IP address and to update your blogs use VPNs in different IP address this can help to mask footprints of your PBN
 
Utilizing different IP addresses ,Cloudflare for each of your PBN domains can help add an additional layer of security
