Questions about manual follow/unfollow method

I want to start a few accounts and grow them with manual follow/unfollow method. Already got an account and I follow around 300 persons a day...manually select them from related pages, follow and 1-2 likes.

My questions are:
1. How many accounts can I use on one mobile device without proxies?
2. Is there a way to find only people that have public profiles? (at the moment, half of the accounts I check are private)
3. If I try to follow private accounts and they don’t accept, can I withdraw my follow request? (other than manually searching for each person)
4. Is there a daily limit to safely unfollow people?

I will answer the first one. I would say 5 accounts is OK

1. 5 Accounts max per 1 Device
2. You can scrape public accounts using Jarvee
3. You will have to test until you hit the right numbers.
