Questions About Cloaked GAds Setup

Hey BHW, new to greyhat - seeking advice on cloaking setup for GAds (restricted niche). Grateful for any guidance.

Current setup:
- Cloaker
- Anti-detect browser
- Static proxy
- VCC
- Phone number
- Outlook

Have a few questions regarding the setup:

1. Do you pay for all associated infrastructure (VPS, domain name, etc.) using the same VCC?
2. Does the choice of proxy used to purchase the VPS/domain name matter when continuously using Google accounts?
3. Any insights on corporate setup (LLC or other, and location) would be appreciated.
4. Less a question, but an invitation to comment on anything I have wrong.
